Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 Introduction. This document sets out the terms and conditions which will govern the contractual relationship or agreement ("Agreement") between you ("you", "your" or "Buyer") and Munkii Singapore ("Munkii" or "we", "our" or "us") which you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by when buying from our "Munkii Singapore" website (the "Website"). We strongly recommend that you read and understand this Agreement, and in any event by continuing to purchase from our Website you will be bound by this Agreement.
1.2 About Us. Munkii Singapore is a designer, producer and export retailer for furniture and other household products exclusively designed by Munkii or its counterpart designers.

3. Your Purchase

3.1 Pricing. Prices may change at any time. Only when you have successfully completed a transaction in accordance with clause.
3.3 below is that transaction concluded at that price.
3.2 GST. Product prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of GST Singapore where applicable.
3.3 Payment. 100% full payment must be received and verified by us in order to guarantee that a product purchase transaction has occurred. Accepted forms of payment include bank transfers and credit cards. All payments will be taken in USD and your credit card or bank account will be expressed to be charged by "Munkii Singapore".
3.2 Confirmation. A confirmation email receipt will be issued upon payment received within 48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, do not assume your order has not gone through; instead please request another confirmation email.
4. Delivery

4.1 Methods of delivery (Air freight).Products will be dispatched using DHL Global service. It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe, secure delivery point and to be available to accept delivery. Please do not use a post office box as your delivery address. Delivery includes unpacking of your merchandise and removal of packaging crates. We will update you on your purchase tracking codes once the delivery is shipped and both we and DHL will contact you once your purchase has arrived at the destination port to arrange a suitable home delivery time.
4.1 Methods of delivery (Sea freight). Products will be dispatched by freight forwarder in Hong Kong or Shanghai. It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe, secure delivery point and to be available to accept delivery. Please do not use a post office box as your delivery address. Delivery includes unpacking of your merchandise and removal of packaging crates. We will update you on your purchase Bill of Laden once the delivery is shipped and both we and the reciprocal forwarder company will contact you once your purchase has arrived at the destination port to arrange a suitable home delivery time.
4.2 Accuracy. We get the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. If there are any discrepancies between the product received and what you ordered, you must notify us accordingly within 48 hours of the delivery (holidays not included).
4.3 Failed delivery. If for any reason your products are returned to us or could not be delivered, we will attempt to contact you and arrange for another delivery.
4.4 Delivery timing. Products will be delivered to you as soon as possible. We attempt to ensure all delivery within 60 days of the purchase.
5. Returns

5.1 Returns. Munkii Singapore must be notified prior to a return being performed. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with return instructions.
Munkii Singapore will only accept returns for the following:
* Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
* Goods supplied incorrectly
* Goods that vary from their description on the website
Note:
* All returns must be received by Munkii Singapore within 30 days upon delivery.
* Goods are to be returned to us in an unused condition without the wrapping being removed or broken.
6. Other Terms

6.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean Courts.
